With a winter weather advisory in effect from today through Saturday morning, it looks as though the Gods are smiling down on us in honor of Wintersköl in Aspen, a time for celebration and an annual toast to winter.

For those of you with cancelled flights into Aspen, book a reservation with Colorado Mountain Express and enjoy the luxury of having a skilled driver take you over the snowy mountain passes. Just park your car  in long term parking at Denver International Airport and CME will pick you up at the main terminal of the airport.

Treating ourselves to a seriously delicious burrito breakfast at Bear Den Aspen and saying our goodbyes before Dr. Nikki flies off ... again. Wish she could pack me in her suitcase but there’s only room for flip flops and bikinis in there. Save a lounge chair in the sun for me. You never know when I’ll show up on your doorstep. Follow @drnicolatalkshealth to keep track of her adventures.
