8/27 Burlap Dinner | Rotational Grazing

Join Aspen Center for Environmental Studies at Rock Bottom Ranch on August 27th from 6:00-8:00pm for a casual evening exploring the agriculture systems followed by a meal for four in their open-air pole barn. This unique experience allows to dive in deeper and give you a behind-the-scenes look at some of the favorite food products at the ranch. The evening begins with wine and beer, followed by a step-by-step production tour, conversations with the agriculture crew, and concludes with dinner and dessert. Beverages will be included.

For these dinners, tables of four will be sold as opposed to individual seats. You may only purchase one table. Seating is arranged to allow your party of four to sit together, at a safe distance from the other parties. Dinner tickets go on sale starting Monday, August 3rd. To purchase your table, please visit their website here.

$200 per table for members ($50 per person). $220 per table for non-members ($55 per person). The kitchen is able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free dietary restrictions with advanced notice, so please let us know during registration.
