Krista Klees is Devoted to Philanthropy and Community in Aspen

At Palladium Properties the devotion to philanthropy and community is as strong as the dedication to providing premiere custom real estate experiences for clients. Based in Aspen, with two other office locations located in Willits and Glenwood Springs, Palladium Properties has an authentic, dedicated and productive team. A team who, like the Founder Krista Klees, truly care about the Roaring Fork Valley and the organizations and people who contribute to making it such an incredibly special place to live in.

Within these past few months Palladium Properties has sponsored the Art Base and the Lucky Day Animal Rescue Doggy Day & Splash. They also contribute to the Roaring Fork Conservancy, bringing people together to protect and preserve our rivers and habitat.

Sponsoring education is also important to those at Palladium Properties and November 3rd marks their annual Platinum Sponsorship for The Taste of Basalt, a fun community gathering that raises money for the Basalt Education Foundation. The Basalt Education Foundation seeks to maximize community investment in the Basalt schools to deliver innovative, creative programming and experiences for every student, removing all school budgetary constraints, to provide students with the highest quality education possible. This year’s event takes place at the Roaring Fork Club on November 3, 2018 from 6 to 11pm. Click HERE for tickets.

Klees cares so much about the people of our valley that she was responsible for getting an initiative passed for a group PPO healthcare plan offered through the Aspen Board of Realtors that provides excellent coverage for members. Late October Klees is getting sworn in as the President of the Aspen Board of Realtors, who also supports education through The Bill Heldman/Stark King Scholarship, awarding a total of $40,000 to students from Aspen, Basalt and Roaring Fork High Schools. The committee receives between 80 and 110 applications each year, interviews between 30 and 60 students, and awards between $2,000 and $6,000 dollars to each qualified applicant depending on their financial need.

With so many non-profit organizations in our valley, and students who need support, the efforts and dedication from locally run entities such as Palladium Properties is so greatly appreciated, not only by the organizations and schools but also by the individuals whose dreams of living here are filled by brokers who care.
