Yes, Aspen restaurants are open over the holidays, but as always you will have needed to make your reservations early, especially when capacity is only at 25%. To stay afloat, many restaurants are charging a fee per person, or table, so be sure to ask before booking. Here are our suggestions of local favorites. Some also offer take out options with food cooked up with love from Aspen’s top chefs.

Aspen New Year’s Eve 2020
7908‘s space allows for an authentic, extraordinary Aspen experience. A place to dine in the early evening and (under normal circumstances) dance late into the night. It’s sophisticated and fun, it’s raucous and regal, inclusiveness and exclusive, it’s Aspen.
Taking its name and cultural direction from the exact elevation of a once small mining town perched 7,908 feet high in the Rocky Mountains. 7908 will bring together under one roof, the eclectic, talented and empowered many, who long ago determined Aspen to be their most cherished place to visit.
