Aspen & Roaring Fork Valley Community Mental Health Series: Opening the Conversation for Parents & Other Adults

November 17 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

To start off our Roaring Fork Valley community mental health series we will seek to understand how our personal experiences, as well as the collective stress in our culture, influence our well-being, and how these might be impacting our young people. We will build our capacity for conversations that get to the heart of these things with our children, teens, and colleagues. This will be an evening of expanding our empathy and destigmatizing normal aspects of human experience so that we can more effectively communicate with and support our kids and each other. Panelists:  Dr. Jennifer Jones (acclaimed author, private neurotherapy practitioner, and volunteer at  MindSprings)  Anne White (Director of Lead with Love, formerly Director of Community Engagement, The Waldorf School)
