Anat Baniel Method of NeuroMovement: Relief from Pain/Limitation
August 12, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm UTC-6
The Anat Baniel Method is a non-invasive, drug free, gentle, and mindful technique that calms the nervous system. Discover how this method can help alleviate pain. Everyone benefits from this work since we can all stand to upgrade our systems and calm our nervous systems. Helpful information will be provided for understanding how the whole body needs to participate in movement, to help get out of pain, prevent injury, and produce the most efficient and effortless movement possible.
This workshop on the Anat Baniel Method of NeuroMovement (aka Feldenkrais Method) is a moving meditation that utilizes brain plasticity to rewire internal programming around pain and limitation. Participants will experience an hour movement lesson more comparable to moving meditation than exercise.
$30 for students returning to this work with Jessi Hastings at True Nature. Please call True Nature to verify your previous attendance to receive discount.
