Fais Do Do, A Grand Cochon Culinary Eve w/ Will Nolan’s War Pigs

I’ts an Evening to the Road to the Grand Cochon!!

14 Chefs from 14 Cities Compete for the Crown and one of these chefs is our very own, Colorado Cochon Champ, Chef Will Nolan of the Eight K Restaurant at Viceroy Snowmass. (“Yeah you right.”)

Help Will and his team, the War Pigs get to Chicago for the National Championship and crown of the Grand Cochon.
Grand Cochon Chicago is Sunday October 1st.

This will be an evening of culinary delights with a suggested donation of $25 for grazing on treats from heritage bred pigs as well as hand crafted sausages and bacon for sale.
Reservations not necessary.
Event takes place at Batch 358 Main Street, Carbondale

We would love to see the War Pigs come home with the crown and title for Grand Cochon, a massive honor to any chef with a love for all things heritage bred. Let’s help this team make this dream a reality, all you have to do is show up and eat!! But of course, they are always champions to us.
