Candice Claire Oksenhorn of swansage.com, is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach and Aromatherapist who began her journey in 2009 by immersing herself in the Chopra Center University and getting certified as a meditation and ayurvedic lifestyle instructor. She is also a Yoga Health Coach offering a Body Bliss 10 week online course which teaches 10 important Ayurvedic daily habits and how and why to practice these to optimize health and age better. She is passionate about helping others practice self care by entraining with the rhythms of nature and helping them age better naturally!
