Dr. Greg Feinsinger volunteers his time to educate and council people ready to switch from the Standard American Diet. Through a well-organized PowerPoint presentation he reviews the latest research from leading experts like Dr. Joel Furhman about the many health benefits of switching to a plant-based whole foods lifestyle.
Also provided is the information to begin this life change and handouts with hints for success and a listing of many resources to reinforce the “whys” and “hows” of taking charge of your health.
