RELATIONAL MINDFULNESS FINDING FREEDOM AND AUTHENTICITY IN HOW WE RELATE With Deborah Eden Tull and Lisa Goddard

August 26 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm UTC-6

$75 – $100

Relational Mindfulness helps us to bring presence, compassion, investigation, and clear-seeing, to how we relate — whether we are at work, with family, in conflict, on a date, or engaging with world issues. We can erase the myth of separation. And we can remember the intrinsic interconnection that is who we really are. This transformative practice is a means for remembering that the quality of every relationship we will ever have stems from the quality of our relationship with ourselves.

Based on Eden’s newest book, this restorative and experiential retreat offers illuminating and heart- opening practices that can be integrated into every moment of life.

Founder of Mindful Living Revolution, Eden is a Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher, author, activist, and sustainability consultant who teaches the integration of compassionate awareness into every aspect of our lives. Her latest book will be released this May from Wisdom Publications.

Sunday, August 26th— 12:00 PM—5:00 PM
Tickets: $75-$100 (or pay what you can)
