Spring is a time of rebirth and replenished creative energies, however, the winter months can create dormancy and stagnation in the body, which can lead to a springtime lethargy.
This 2 hour workshop will include a 90 min energizing yoga sequence that will open the liver/gallbladder meridians and help invigorate the body/mind/spirit, followed by a deeply relaxing 30 min savasana with an acupuncture treatment and sound healing. Come reset and awaken to the possibilities of spring!
