Join us for a fantastic dinner at Allegria on Sunday, February 11th at 6:30 pm. Enjoy a three course meal, designed and prepared by our students, featuring Seared Scallops, Braised Veal Cheeks and a Blood Orange Glazed Dark Chocolate Buche for dessert. All proceeds from the dinner will benefit our ProStart culinary arts & restaurant management program. Limited seating.
