ASPEN REAL LIFE FAQ

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by viewing your members only dashboard and clicking on subscriptions. You can also cancel your subscription by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Remember to also include your username.

Please be aware that if you cancel, your rate will be subject to increase to current rate.

ASPEN BUSINESS CONNECT

Adding your business listing to Aspen Business Connect is easy. Once you’re logged in just create your member profile and then click the “add listing” link on the left menu and follow the instructions.

To add a user as a friend you need to visit the members page, click on a user’s profile, and on the next page click connect.

You can change your profile photo by logging into the ABC website and clicking your profile icon in the navigation and clicking edit profile on the next page.

If you want to start a new topic on the Aspen Business Connect Forum, just visit the forum page and click NEW DISCUSSION.

ASPEN ONLINE MARKETPLACE

To add a product to your online store just click your Dashboard link and press add product. After that just follow the remaining directions and you’ll be selling your products in no time!

You can check your messages by clicking the mail icon in the top right of the navigation bar after you login to shop.aspenbusinessconnect.com

You can edit your profile on shop.aspenbusinessconnect.com by hovering over your user icon and clicking edit profile. You can also see your notifications, order history, and more from this sub menu as well.
