Today the pick of the week is local photographer, Michele Cardamone, of Michele Cardamone Photography.
Whenever people ask me what Aspen Real Life is all about I tell them that it is a destination website selectively sharing local secrets. In this month of December, we will be publishing vignettes on the artistic, creative and talented entrepreneurs who weave together the fabric of what makes our valley a place where those who live here never want to move away.
I have mentioned Michele many times before. She has been taking photographs for Aspen Real Life and she is my big sister (also known as my big “little” sister for her petiteness).
Growing up, I was blessed with two wonderful sisters who made me feel adorable and took care of me. They were both very independent and adventurous. Michele was the tomboy of the family and together the three of us climbed trees and explored the fields and forests that backed our house where we lived.
Michele has always been a strong and deep force in my life as my mentor and my sounding board. As I mentioned in a previous post, when we were little we played like puppies, wrestling under the Byzantine ceilings of Europe as our parents relentlessly dragged us from one Cathedral to another, filling our minds with the history, passion, scandal and romance of the small towns we visited.
Now she is a mom of three beautiful children and an exceptional professional portrait, lifestyle and family portrait photographer in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. She specializes in photographing weddings, family portraits, outdoor family and lifestyle as well as children and pets.
If you are looking for a modern lifestyle photographer who? shoots unique and creative photography, please contact Michele today for your next family portrait, event or outing. She services all of Colorado.
Book her now to receive a special $350 rate for family holiday card portraits. You can also buy a gift certificate toward a photo shoot for a special friend. Mention that you read about her here at your favorite community resource, Aspen Real Life.
