Introducing SimplyWholeHealing-Private Health Coaching

SimplyWholeHealing is a health coaching practice that focuses on working with clients, as they age, to connect the dots between their lifestyle choices and their health. Together, we work to reach health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, improving sleep, reducing anxiety, and maximizing energy. During our time together, my clients develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement lasting changes that will improve their energy and balance, as well as physical, mental and emotional health.

SimplyWholeHealing-Private Health Coaching began when I was in my mid-40’s and began struggling with weight regardless of what I ate or how much I worked out. I was reeling from a difficult divorce and the long-term care responsibilities of two chronically ill, aging parents. Depression had become my new norm. I was not sleeping and could barely make it through the day.

In a conversation with my doctor about my health concerns, I was told “you’re just getting older”. That was an answer that I could not accept. I knew that I was not supposed to feel this way… and thus began my journey to becoming my own health advocate. As a result, I began studying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received certification as a Holistic Health Coach in 2013. I have also received training in Full Body Systems from Andrea Nakayama’s Functional Nutrition Lab and am certified as a Hormone Cure Coach. My efforts to heal myself have resulted in creating a coaching practice to take what I have learned and use it to help others.

My practice focuses on working with clients, as they age, to connect the dots between their lifestyle choices and their health. Together, we work to reach health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, improving sleep, reducing anxiety and maximizing energy. During our time together, my clients develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement lasting changes that will improve their energy and balance, as well as physical, mental and emotional health. We all have more control than we realize over how we feel physically and emotionally… my passion is to teach my clients how to improve their health outcomes using resources that we all have at our disposal. Taking back control of our health has never been more important. #WellnessIsTheNewVaccine
