The acupuncture point between the eyebrows (third eye) is called Yintang and known to aid in several symptoms, most popularly the Yintang has a very powerful action of calming the mind and because of this action is almost commonly used in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety and agitation. Some who have been treated with this point say that its like a stress relief button, their whole body sink into a deep relaxation and they feel peaceful and without worry.

Follow them if you feel like you're in need of a little stress reliever.... here is a little tip - the Yintang point can also be stimulated using acupressure if you are in need of a little self care.
