This series will look to lived experience and current models to give us insight into the way current life shocks and stressors, as well as childhood trauma, can impact our coping mechanisms in the present. We will ask how each age group in the valley—teens, young adults, and adults—experience these and will offer paths to resilience and thriving for each. We will get to know some of the amazing people providing community support and ask what else might be needed. At the end of the series, we will ask our teens to give us their roadmap for thriving.
