Aspen Business Connect Coffee Chats

Aspen Business Connect is our Roaring Fork Valley’s social referral network connecting business professionals together. During the Pandemic Coffee Chats on Zoom have replaced our offline events to continue the cultivation of connections and collaborations with the other business professionals of our community. You do not need to be a member to join, but we encourage membership to greater connect with the others joining the call, members who are growing together on our private online network, both in relationships and in sales. Get your feet wet by participating in the conversation, and then join our network if you want more … which we know you will.

Join in on our monthly Coffee Chats that are now taking place on the last Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am. Get introduced to our members, share your business products, services, and stories. From website designers and architects to chocolatiers and new dating sites, these conversations reveal what is happening in our Roaring Fork Valley with our local businesses. Click to register for this meeting in advance!

Roaring Fork Valley’s Professional Network

Knowing that our Roaring Fork Valley runs by word of mouth, Aspen Business Connect has been bringing the business professionals of our valley together in social settings so that we may all share each other’s products and services to our circles. Since April we have switched to conversations online and our professional network is rapidly growing. Conversations are led by founder Jillian Livingston or invited thought leaders of our community.

Repost Intrinsic・・・Local athlete who came to Emily Lubchenco Hightower with daily anxiety took the 30-day Nasal-only challenge to the Peaks. He shares below about Highland Bowl, a summit at 12,392' and a hike of 717' from the top of Lodge Lift. All for a mere 2500 vertical drop to Deep Temerity. What a playground to train stability.// "When I started nasal breathing only to hike the bowl, it sucked at first. I felt slow, frustrated. The next time, it was easier than mouth breathing and I realized my head had changed. Usually, I'm racing with thoughts about work and stress the whole way up, gaping with my mouth open. Nasal breathing slowed my brain down, and now I notice the surrounding peaks, my foot placement, my friends, my strength. // breathing was causing stressful thinking, making me anxious. My hiking time actually improved by the 4th weekend of nasal-only. I'm doing 37-minute laps, and I feel calm and powerful at the top. Thank you!"//✳Link in Intrinsic Way bio✳Our deepest dive into applications of breath gears for training stability in our upcoming Webinar, March 5th at noon EST @Shiftadapt Uneasy Athlete with myself and @_BrianMacKenzie@preparetoperform@shift_adapt@dsyeager7 #stopgaping#breathgears #shifthappens #mouthwideshut #knowyourshift #skillofstress #anxiety #athletes #highlandbowl #trainstability #Highlandbowl#aspenbusinessconnectmemberphoto 1 credit @jswansonphotophoto 2 Oz age 11 heading upphoto 3 credit @aspenpeakmag ...
