Currently seeking local musicians to fill the weekly performance slots
FirstBank, one of the nation’s largest privately held banks with a focus on “banking for good,” announced a partnership with the Carbondale Farmers’ Market for the Summer 2023 season. The sponsorship will support weekly live music, free arts and crafts for youth, and offer complimentary booth space for area nonprofits to pop-up.
- WHO: FirstBank and the Carbondale Farmers’ Market are seeking local performers interested in playing music during the upcoming Farmers Market season.
- WHAT: Local Roaring Fork Valley musicians, Spanish-speaking and LatinX groups, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- $200 compensation per time slot.
- WHEN: Every Wednesday from June 7th – September 27th. Two weekly time slots are available:
- Morning: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- HOW: Interested artists are asked to email the Farmers Market at [email protected].
In addition, FirstBank is offering a booth space at the Farmers’ Market to local nonprofits. This opportunity includes a 10×10 booth space, table, tent and a covered registration fee. Booths will be available for nonprofits to reserve every Wednesday from June 7th – September 27th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Roaring Fork Valley nonprofits interested in the FirstBank sponsored booth space are also encouraged to contact the Farmers Market at [email protected] to learn more about availability and to sign up.
